1. Use of Our Play Centre

  • Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
  • Socks must be worn in all play areas.
  • Outside food or drink is not permitted in the play structure.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • It is your responsibility to check that your booking details (date, time, number of people) are accurate.

3. Birthday Parties & Private Hire

  • Party bookings are exclusive: you must book the entire session (maximum capacity as per Wild Things policy).
  • There is a fixed cost of £200 for exclusive hire.
  • The cost per child is £8.50, which includes entry, food, and a party bag.
  • Late arrivals may reduce the party/play time since sessions run in fixed slots.

4. Seasonal / Special Events

  • Special event tickets (e.g., Halloween, Christmas) may have restricted times or limited capacity.
  • These tickets are generally non-refundable, except if Wild Things cancels the event (see Refund Policy).

5. Changes or Cancellation by Us

We may cancel or reschedule bookings for reasons including:

  • Maintenance or equipment issues
  • Staffing or health & safety concerns
  • Venue capacity or regulatory restrictions

If this happens, our Refund Policy applies. We will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Supervise children and adhere to all staff instructions.
  • Inform us beforehand of any special needs, allergies, or behavioural considerations.
  • Do not bring children who are clearly unwell (e.g., with contagious symptoms).
  • You are responsible for your belongings; Wild Things is not liable for loss or damage.

7. Payment

  • All payments are to be made securely via the booking system.
  • We do not store your full card details.
  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

8. Liability Limitation

  • To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for:
    • Injuries due to misuse of the play equipment or lack of supervision
    • Loss or damage of personal property on site
    • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by UK courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our website or bookings implies acceptance of any changes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all bookings at Wild Things (play sessions, private hire, parties, and special events).

1. Play Session Bookings

  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before your booked session, you may reschedule (subject to availability).
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations less than 48 hours before the session.

2. Birthday Party / Private Hire

  • The £200 party hire fee is non-refundable, as it secures exclusive use.
  • If you cancel, we may offer to reschedule depending on notice and availability.

3. Special / Seasonal Event Tickets

  • These tickets are generally non-refundable.
  • If Wild Things cancels an event, a full refund will be offered.
  • If an event is rescheduled, we will attempt to move your booking; if you cannot attend, contact us for options.

4. Illness

  • If you or your child is too ill to attend, you may request a reschedule (subject to availability).
  • Refunds for illness are not guaranteed but may be considered.

5. No-Shows

  • No refund for no-shows.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will usually take 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
